Current· Issue weekly purchase orders for distribution center inventory from manufacturers.· Forecast demand and sales to plan purchases to ensure effective use of capital.· Establish retail prices to meet category gross margin requirements while maintaining market competitiveness.· Create and build our own private label brand by working with both domestic and foreign manufacturers.· Work alongside vendors and marketing to create and execute yearly promotional calendars.· Attend trade shows to source new vendors and product lines.· Review brands performance through KPIs, discontinue low performing items and select replacements. · Open and filled three new store locations. Issued ISOs based on store footprint and space allocation per brand.· Contract negotiations with new vendors and renegotiations with existing vendor partnerships.· Inventory management through Open-to-Buy strategy.
