Developed and maintained client-side code for Samsung products including Samsung Link, and ChatOn. Worked closely the local development team and QA team as well as the Samsung team in Korea. Ensured usability and quality of the user interface based on UI flow and GUI documents. Researched email applications for both iOS and Android. Was highly involved in client-side development of the mFluent Android mail application Fluent Mail.

Ensured the compatibility of Blackberry with mobile carriers such as AT&T and T-Mobile by developing and maintaining a variety of applications in Java for future and in-market products. Identified and repaired high-importance bugs to secure scheduled release dates. Coordinated with 25 team members throughout the development life-cycle, including requirement review and UML design.

Ensured the success of Blackberry’s e-mail delivery service without data loss. Created test cases from software requirements and performed functional and end-user testing in coordination with multiple teams for code releases into production environments. Improved the mobile presence on Blackberry devices for Gmail, Hotmail, AOL, and other major email providers.

Ensured the quality of embedded email and instant messaging software for Helio mobile devices. Member of a 5 person test team that performed system and functional test cases. Coordinated with developers to help identify, isolate, reproduce, and troubleshoot device software issues.

Built and maintained web pages for the Carthage College website as a member of a 5 student team under the guidance of the college's Webmaster. Updated and improved department web pages using HTML, Javascript, Coldfusion, and MySQL databases. Developed essential job experience by participating in design meetings and researching new web technologies to strengthen the college's web experience.
