This included, but was not limited to the following: file and print servers, LAN support, WAN support, desktop support, telephony support, vendor management, IT procurement, contract negotiation. I had a staff of two technicians supporting 300 plus users. I was also responsible for developing and writing an acceptable use policy, HR policies and guidelines relating to the use of technology. I developed and wrote the company security audit procedures that was validated by in house counsel, as well as our clients various auditing agencies.
