• Held P/L oversight and managed sales segments for a $580M food manufacturer generating products for major company owned brands, such as Wild Bill’s and, shelf stable, Johnsonville and Butterball.
• Owned the implementation of new brands and products for a direct and broker run sales organization.
• Led acquisition/merger activities with a focus on effective integration and absorption of new brands.
• Managed research and development and customer service departments, inclusive of 30 staff members.
• Fostered the growth of sales segments including private label, retail grocery, military, convenience channel, direct distribution, dollar channel, drug channel and club.

Munice Indiana

• Owned responsibility multi-million dollar division, including 120 staff.
• Transitioned Simply Good Foods, LLC from Lubbock, Texas to Muncie, Indiana.
• Acquired Al Pete Meats and held a critical role in the activities to close the deal.
• Collaborated with labor unions, local authorities and financial partners to obtain permits, tax credits and other operational needs during the transition of the primary facility to Muncie, Indiana.

Lubbock, Texas Area

• Acquired by Monogram Foods in 2007, a national manufacturer of private label food products.
• Led a national organization and one of the top private label suppliers of corn dogs in the country.
• Positioned company to successfully be acquired by Monogram Foods in 2007.
• Leveraged key business relationships to establish Private Label business with Associated Grocers, HEB, Nathan’s Famous, Trader Joe’s, Western Family and Whole Foods.

• Directed P/L and all strategic sales activities for a national manufacturer, in addition to managing 20 sales professionals, while overseeing the research/development projects impacting customer service.
• Managed vehicle logistics including special delivery requests and drop-offs and pickup.
• Maintained Sales AOP for three consecutive years.
• Partnered with well-known brands such as Nathan’s Mosey’s Liguria, Mickelberry and Field & Fisher
• Leveraged relationships to establish Private Label business with Safeway, Kroger, Albertson’s, HEB, Vistar, Trader Joe’s, Western Family and Whole Foods.
