I joined Marsh & McLennan Agency (MMA) after the insurance brokerage firm that I owned, Nico Insurance Services, Inc. became part of the MMA family in June 2020. In my role as a Client Sales Executive, I work with clients to design employee benefit plans that retain and attract key employees to their company, protecting the employee from significant financial losses and providing a strong retention tool for the employer. I have been working as an employee benefit broker since 1990. I work with clients in all industries, but specialize in working with nonprofit organizations.I graduated from San Diego State University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in marketing. I am a member of the San Diego Association of Health Underwriters (SDAHU).I feel a responsibility to be engaged with our community and to support those agencies that help and protect the vulnerable. I have been on the board of Lightbridge Hospice Community Foundation for the past seven years.
