Updated a decade old dashboard to a fully responsive dashboard using ExtJS ver.6.5 and the MVVM (Model View / View Model) design pattern. A highly scalable pattern that tightly couples each view to a dedicated controller. Data services incorporated an SOA backend incorporating both restful and state persistent services which were called by the controller. This app included such features as auto-checking XHR responses and re-initiating request to ensure consistent data integrity throughout the many interconnected views of this single page application and defends against XSS attacks with dynamic key validations and packet inspection algorithms. Infrared Direct was a business that I started in 1990. Infrared Direct provided software based industrial control systems for factories running electric and gas oxidized infrared ovens. I developed and sold software and hardware based program logic controllers designed to maximize electrical efficiency and increase control of closed loop temperature guidance systems. Later we introduced software for managing gas catalytic systems that monitored an array of variables to eliminate the possibility of gas combustion. This software is still be used today by Vulcan catalytic and American Catalytic Systems. Infrared direct was purchased in 1999 by Ceramicx, LLC.During this time, I built some of the largest automated thermoforming machines in America.I developed one of the first self-learning machines in the industry.
