I was the Team lead for this program that went from $0 to more than $30M.

Provided marketing and tech support for multiple solutions including document imaging and internet services. Responsible for representing these solutions at many trade shows to promote and market the solutions to numerous clients and prospects.

As the lead planner for new software products, responsible for consolidating all worldwide market requirements, product functionality, language support and business case development to drive the creation of new document imaging software. This role covered all aspects of the development from new requirements to the actual announcement and delivery of the new product.

As part of the new IBM software division, responsible for monitoring activities in the software industry and report on developments of key competitors along with recommended responses. Also responsible for assisting the launch of new worldwide office systems software.

As a Systems Engineering Manager, had the responsibility for a team of SEs who provided marketing and technical support to numerous clients in the NY Retail and manufacturing branch office. Exceeded all quotas each year in this role achieving membership in the 100% Clubs and Golden Circle.

Responsible for technical and marketing sales support for the NY Utilities branch office along with providing regional support for key productivity solutions and VM as the regional specialist for the NY area. Achieved numerous recognitions and attended several SE Symposiums for exceeding the targeted sales and support.
