I am the new Director of Studies for BagoSphere which is an organization which aims to empower the underpriveleged by helping them become eligible for BPO jobs and to have a brighter future.I have close to 13 year experience in the field of Learning and Development in 9 countries working with L2 speakers of English. Whether it has been teaching, designing curriculum, coaching, assessing, training teachers or doing research for general, academic or occupational purposes, the heart of what I do and love is all about helping people be more successful in their lives. No matter what I do, at the end of the day, it's all about the learner and that's what drives me to always find ways to enhance the learning experience for their success.
