•Lead, plan and execute the full life cycle of 10-15 monthly events. Events range from large scale arena events (i.e., award shows with 6,000+ attendance to NCAA men’s and women’s basketball games) to meetings, hiring events and conventions.•Schedule, staff and manage 50-100+ employees per event. This includes, but is not limited to event operations, audio visual technicians, security, parking attendants and stagehands/riggers.•Create call sheets with deployment positions for event security. Lead briefings to go over event, client and building specifics and expectations. Set and uphold Watsco Center standards for what it means to provide quality security in our building including overseeing all deployment and redeployment of security positions during an event.•Building relationships with past, current and potential clients by providing event estimates, troubleshooting, fielding all questions, emails and phone calls to ensure we have all of the event specifics needed to meet and exceed client needs.•Work with vendors and clients to get all invoices to be included in post-event settlements. I then create the settlement and provide payment information to the client.•Partner with the University of Miami to create memorable events. This allows me to work side-by-side with university executives (C-Suite level and below) and other stakeholders including sponsors like Adidas.•Assist our Director of Facilities in deciding on new vendors, creating RFPs, and ensuring the overall safety and upkeep of the building meets expectations.

•Serve as NBA data consultant to company CEO and lead software developer to advise them on which NBA data sets will be most useful to their end users.•Create video content that aims to educate the end user about certain site functions and data so that as we updated the site with new, exciting features and stats our customers grow in their understanding of our product as well as sports analytics. I achieve this through video content where I break down and explain the data and insights that the software provides. I utilize Adobe Creative Suites programs including Premier Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.

•Developed the stadium and game day logistics for the 2019 Cure Bowl at Exploria Stadium—this was the first-ever American football game to be held in that MLS venue.•Managed all event supplies and equipment including oversight of inventory and storage units.•Researched and obtained quotes from vendors on all football aspects related to the 2019 Cure Bowl.•Organized all bowl week team site visits from travel, to hotel, to full stadium and practice site walk throughs.•Worked directly with the Director of Events to coordinate for all special projects including our: golfing event, 5K race and other hospitality events and sponsorship activations which raised a combined $250,000 in donations.•Organize and staff 2019 March2Cure Fan Fest event including creation of event timeline, vendor parking, and ensuring all items for giveaways are in line with stadium bag policies and security rules.•Game management liaison for participating teams, team bands, all vendors, game and replay officials and public address announcer.•Improved operations spending resulting in $10,000 in cost-savings for future Cure Bowl games.•Oversaw parking ingress and egress meetings for all team and band buses as well as worked to plan stadium parking for attendees and vendors around the stadium.•Spearheaded a full stadium signage rebrand including sourcing and negotiating prices for all operations vendors within budget. •Hired and managed all operations and volunteer game-day staff. •Managed all aspects of team practice including, but not limited to: site rental, field paint and setup, scissor lift and golf cart rentals.•Aided in the onsite planning and schematics of A-V with our broadcast partner.•Collaborated with our marketing team on event communications and procedures.

•Spearheaded a business to scout and evaluate over 7,000 basketball prospects ranging from High School to overseas pro-levels. Made hundreds of recommendations to coaches of specific student-athletes into various NCAA, JUCO and NAIA programs.•Nurture key partnerships with 280 college coaches, establishing audience for bi-monthly scouting reports. •Built and fostered pro-level, NCAA-level, AAU and High School-level coaching contacts through social media, reaching over 19,000 followers on our verified Twitter account (@HWHoopsCentral) and 3,000+ website hits per month within the first two years.

•Organized fan meet-ups with players including autograph signings, giveaways and on-site contests.•Create the full game day scripts to include pregame and halftime entertainment as well as contractual sponsorship reads and activations.•Confirm logistics with game day entertainment including: expected arrival time, setup, staffing and execution of all scheduled acts.•Created all in-game contests and oversaw all logistics including: staffing, permissions, supplies to execute the contest and giveaways of sponsor materials.

•Wrote all organization press releases and media advisories. •Building relationships with local non-profit and youth organizations to implement the team’s ticket compensation program.

•Organized and managed all college volunteers (groups of 3-5) each day to be media runners for attending press and NBA scouts.•Escorted university SID, head coach and players to the press area. I initiated press conferences upon arrival of all parties.•Recorded press conferences in their entirety and transcribed questions and answers. Drafted transcripts for media as a back-up source for their stories. In addition, I interviewed players and coaches if no media was present.
