With deep experience as a senior Human Resources executive within global companies, I launched an executive coaching and HR consulting practice two years ago to capitalize on my strengths and the type of work I most enjoy. My clients span numerous business sectors including industrial/manufacturing, software/services, construction, retail and consulting services.Before starting my consulting business, I served as a senior human resources executive for multi-national companies, most recently as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Signet Jewelers, a $6 billion international retailer with 35,000 employees. As a senior executive, I partnered with other leaders to develop and deliver key business and human resources strategic and operational initiatives and drive organizational change.My career focus has been at the intersection of individual and organizational effectiveness, specifically Human Resources and Leadership Development targeted at creating high performance employees, teams and results-based cultures. Today, my personal mission is to serve other leaders and organizations seeking to grow and improve. Having acquired substantial business knowledge through many experiences as an executive leader in complex and rapidly changing organizations, I am well positioned to support other leaders with their business challenges. Led a team through change during an acquisition by Boise Cascade, including integration and transitional leadership.
