About Steven Becker

With deep experience as a senior Human Resources executive within global companies, I launched an executive coaching and HR consulting practice two years ago to capitalize on my strengths and the type of work I most enjoy. My clients span numerous business sectors including industrial/manufacturing, software/services, construction, retail and consulting services.Before starting my consulting business, I served as a senior human resources executive for multi-national companies, most recently as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Signet Jewelers, a $6 billion international retailer with 35,000 employees. As a senior executive, I partnered with other leaders to develop and deliver key business and human resources strategic and operational initiatives and drive organizational change.My career focus has been at the intersection of individual and organizational effectiveness, specifically Human Resources and Leadership Development targeted at creating high performance employees, teams and results-based cultures.
