- Develop and maintain operating procedures, work instructions, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.- Coach, train, and develop staff on quality processes and procedures to uphold high standards of product quality.- Conduct audits of plant quality programs across multiple locations to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.- Review raw material supplier certificates for conformance to quality specifications and requirements.- Generate and analyze quality data including strength data, concrete testing results, batch tickets, raw material information, scrap/repair data, etc., to make informed quality decisions.- Oversee the management of the quality control manual, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.- Manage document collection and retention processes at multiple locations, ensuring all necessary records are maintained and accessible.- Coordinate and communicate with quality supervisors at various locations to facilitate consistent quality practices and standards.- Collaborate with auditors during plant audits, providing necessary documentation and support to ensure successful audits.

- Coach/train OpEx leaders to utilize scorecards, countermeasures, kaizen events, work cell design, lean tools- Develop, coach and mentor team members on continuous improvement and lean methods- Develop and deliver training material - Foster continuous improvement and lean culture - Promote employee engagement and ownership- Lead focused improvement teams, facilitate lean activities and events- Architect and implement Lean Operating System for plant operations teams - Develop regional strategies to drive YoY performance improvements in operations and critical business metrics - Develop and monitor key performance indicators for operational targets and success

Responsible for:- Forecasting, budget, P&L, business improvements, operating costs and sales- Develop and review branch KPI's in sales, staff, production, P&L, safety and quality in accordance with company goals- Manage inventory and manufacturing compared to market trends, capacity, sales, and growth. - Responsible for sales activities with current sales team: quotes, estimates, bids, orders, and project management - Review, maintain, and develop Standard Operating Procedures for safety, production, quality, sales, and administration.- Ensure manufacturing complies with production drawings, calculations and project/product specifications- Grow sales pipeline by bidding new projects, and aligning manufacturing with specifications from government agencies, customer, local utility agencies, etc.

- Product lines: Agricultural, Redi-Rock, StoneTree, Gravix, light poles and bases, bridges, buildings, cemetery products, irrigation water control. - Review plans, specifications, build submittals, prepare and send quotations, project manage through delivery of the products to project location. - Develop product line strategy for sales, production, and marketing to align with business goals. - Analyze and implement, through product development and research, the growing needs of the customer in Above Ground products. - Market research to understand market trends, needs, and issues. - Formulate pricing, product enhancements, and analyze competitive products. - Product forecasting to estimate production, inventory, resource allocation, and return on investment. - Market strategy for product lines within the Jensen Precast territories. - Team collaboration with production, sales, marketing, and accounting to formulate product line processes - Develop sales tools- Promote business growth through trade shows, association meetings, and communicate with end users, government agencies, etc. - Assist with Lean Manufacturing projects both in the office, and production.

- Implement Lean Manufacturing: 5S, 7 Sources of Waste, Value Stream, etc. *Projects: Reinforcing bar efficiency project, septic/water tank defect reduction, retaining wall efficiency, light pole base waste reduction, inventory kanban, defect/root cause/improvement project. - Prepare and review previous day production/product report to ensure project completion.Schedule products and associated labor.- Schedule form changeover, review production capacity, schedule products, allocate manpower.Work with Production Management to ensure production schedule is updated and products are complete.- Coordinate with sales, fabrication and material purchasing to provide an accurate schedule.- Calculate yardage per product, compare with batch reports to determine, and reduce waste.- Track and schedule missed products. Review root causes to improve processes to reduce daily missed products.- Work to improve efficiency in production. - Safety Committee Chair- review previous meeting action items, discuss new safety goals and measures, lead general plant safety discussions, review claims and solutions.- Work with production team to ensure company goal is met: 1 quality product at a time.

- Introduce lean and six sigma concepts to departments. Concepts include: 5S, 8 Sources of Waste, Work flow diagrams, etc. - Implement Kaizen events: Process improvement, tool improvement, work flow improvements. - Analyze Processes: Value-stream mapping, process flow re-engineering, Design for Excellence, SIPOC, Critical to Quality Analysis, Ishikawa Root Cause diagrams, Solution Selection Matrix, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Data Point / Scatter Plot diagrams, Pareto charts.

- Design and develop precast concrete agriculture products for dairies, cattle operations and agriculture industries. - Work with end users to make products that suit their needs. - Manage product development, marketing, trade shows, sales, and assist with product production.- Maintain profit and loss, budget, and overall financial performance of product line. - Develop sales forecast, plan future projects, oversee current projects, and train sales members at Jensen Precast facilities. - Maintain contacts, accounts, opportunities, leads, and projects in CRM (salesforce).

Marketing campaign execution, web lead processing, managing CRM database, trade show management and coordination, collateral and promotional item coordination, meeting & presentation materials coordination, trade association membership management.

- Transaction and file management- Scheduling showings, real estate marketing in Zillow, Trulia, LinkedIn, Facebook and direct mail. - Responsible for CRM database, and balancing budget as well.
