My background includes 25 years of experience in the BPO industry, including leadership roles in operations, human resources, technology, and finance. My vast experience across multiple BPO solutions and industries is centered on building and leading highly-efficient, data-driven, and scalable operations with an inspired, engaged and purpose-driven workforce. Prior to DDD, I was the Vice President of Global Delivery at Conduent, with overall delivery accountability for employees spanning 17 countries supporting over 200 clients and $400 million in annual revenues. Packed with purpose, I am a constant optimist with a passion for creating environments where people achieve their highest potential and live inspired, meaningful lives inside and outside of the workplace.
