    I started working for Broadband and VOIP sales and excelled at this through efficient sales process and fantastic customer relationship. I was noted for this very early on and was moved onto Broadband and telephone retentions for the retail division of BT.In this role I spoke with customers that wished to leave BT for other providers due to cost or complaints with the company. I discussed these issue and restored faith in the customer to retain them and keep them with BT. I saw this as a great role and contributed to the defence of BTs customer Base. I also helped to construct a matrix of service providers, their offerings, their promotions and maintained this. This was a very competitive market and this matrix helped the team and increased retention numbers. The retail retentions were moved to Doncaster and I was asked to train the new team on the processes and skills needed. I then moved into business retentions with a similar focus and with as equal competitive market. The Business division was whole new level of complaints and issues, working to improve infustructre issues as well as complaints with BTs prices and products. I daily dealt with Managers and Directors of business, giving them clear vision to their issues and resolve.
