* Completed 6-week Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) project that determined the effect of material and plating on double bolted-busbar connection performance to select the optimal busbar combination for the fuel cell system. * Created NI LabView Program to capture power data as the double-bolted busbars underwent 240 hours of humid heat cyclic testing in a Thermotron environmental test chamber. * Managed validation of the fuel cell voltage monitors by obtaining 3 supplier quotes, procuring parts, writing 1 statement of work, performing testing onsite for 4 weeks, and monitoring testing offsite at the test house for 1 week.* Conducted over-voltage and reverse-polarization of fuel cells for fuel cell simulation and safety testing over 4 weeks, conducting 4 safety meetings and 3 project meetings.* Completed 2-week DFSS Project determining the effect of 13 volatile organic compounds on the fuel cell intake filters with Donaldson.
