Upon leaving Nokia it was clear that I needed to pursue the opportunity of gamification further and the SNAP! platform was conceived.Fast forward to today and my concept and solution for gamification has been deployed by some of the largest enterprise companies in Finland (Veikkaus, Finnair, Kesko, Reima) and the platform currently engages over 5M users around the world.In the age of digitalisation and digital transformation, user engagement has to be at the front-and-centre of the design process ... gamification can help deliver on this need.

Current focus on Gamification strategy, Multi-Screen and Augmented Reality gaming experiences:o Define and deliver new consumer propositions for Connected Gaming; o Manage prototyping and Proof of Concept projects for new gaming experiences;o Define and drive Gamification strategy and implementation plan for Nokia Entertainment; o Oversee delivery of technical enablers and software requirements for gaming experiences;o Manage relationship with Microsoft for Xbox LIVE and prioritization of Nokia requirements;o Product specialist and evangelist for Xbox LIVE on Windows Phone;

• Partner acquisition for Local Content Service and driving new business models for existing partners of Nokia Music. o Managed and (soft) launched Affiliate Marketing programme for Nokia Music; including signing Network Affiliate Partner Agreement (TradeDoubler) and negotiations with Network Launch Partner (Shazam). o Initiated external development projects for Nokia Music with Asus and Cisco. o Signed a number of distribution deals with content owners for Apps.

• Build distribution network in UK&I for Vivendi’s mobile gaming venture and manage all accounts with full accountability for Sales & Marketing function in the region. o Negotiated & signed Direct Distribution Agreements with Tier 1 UK operators (and the same with multiple aggregators and portals).o Co-Marketed mobile property alongside console video games (Crash Bandicoot) and blockbuster movie (Bourne Conspiracy, Spiderwick. Eragon) launches.o Concepted and managed the innovative “Star in the next Crash Bandicoot Mobile Game” competition successfully launched with O2 UK.

• Manage Key Accounts in the UK with responsibility for all Sales & Marketing activities.o Introduced and launched “Get More Games” function in the UK (and Europe).o Successfully launched iMode channel with O2 UK.o Improved game ROI by preloading games for multiple operators across a range of handset manufacturers (OEM).

• Run a team of language professionals translating and proofreading technical texts into English and ensuring quality standards are always met. o o Never missed a deliverable deadline for a project in almost 3 years.o Positioned myself as key interface for customers such as Nokia and VVO.o Strengthened team via recruitment and ongoing training of team members.
