Lead a team of project managers, implementation technicians, network engineers, and support technicians.

Prepares, implements, and manages Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) and Operating Expenditure (OPEX) mobility projects for major telecommunications customers. Manages the delivery and performance of engineers, suppliers, and general contractors for Lucent provided services and products to ensure that work completes on time, within budget, and as negotiated.

Six distinguished years in the United States Army as an Ordnance officer and supply chain manager, gaining extensive leadership and management experience leading large teams (85+) and solving complex problems. Specialized in operational, tactical, and strategic logistics. Received numerous awards and was consistently evaluated by superiors within the top 1% for my rank and grade. Leadership and staff positions included: Material Management Officer, Aide-de-Camp, Logistics Response Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Platoon Leader.• Supervised an 85-member team that was responsible for the repair of all communications and electronics equipment for the U.S. Army's 4th Infantry Division.• As a junior Captain, served as a member of an Army senior level staff where I provided monthly combat readiness briefings to the Commanding General and developed strategic plans, policies, and logistics procedures for U.S. Army units in the Republic of Korea.• Supervised a 45-member team that was responsible for the repair of all automotive, small arms, communications & electronics repair equipment for the 1st Squadron, 3rd Armored Cavalry Regiment (3rd ACR). Selected as Junior Leader of the Quarter by the Commanding General for my performance in this job.• Handpicked by the Army Research, Development, & Engineering Command's Commanding General as his Aide-de-Camp. Recognized twice for outstanding performance.
