Successfully developed a checklist for the LP staff to increase productivity during times of single coverage at the door. Also modified the schedule to allow for overlapping coverage, while not increasing labor expenses, to give LP staff more time to interact with employees about shrink and safety. In turn, this created greater awareness in shrink numbers throughout the store.
