Being part of this growing industry is really exciting… there's the same excitement as when eCommerce started to explode. Drones (aka Unmanned Aerial Systems - UAS) can do amazing things… they can also take photos of construction progress, do mapping of locations including conversion into 3D models and point clouds, and actually help people do jobs more safely and efficiently. And finally (in my spare time,) I'm helping train future Part 107 pilots at local community colleges.
