I worked on a part time basis with IRP under Director's Michael Rosario and Peter Spark.Mostly the Job consisted of maintaining job advertisements and directing candidates to the client managers which involved data entry and logging in the system. Working at IRP I learnt how to manage my time effectively, much of what I did was data entry and were I could I would find ways to improve the efficiency of processes within the business. One of my responsibilities was to ensure that all advertising tasks were completed and candidates allocated to the appropriate account managers. I attained skills in developing and managing efficient spreadsheets that allowed access on the intranet for managers to see what adverts were running for what jobs, with the ability to close jobs remotely. This process was previously not available and saved hours weekly for the managers by streamlining the process of ad placement. Show less
