Current• Provide project management of TraceParts solution deployments with customers located primarily inthe United States, Canada and Europe.• Front line support for Website, Thomas CAD, Configurators, TraceParts Product CatalogServices (PCS) engagements.• Development of documented customer support procedures• Collaborate with sales teams and development teams to provide timely custom solutions to new technological requirements• Maintain organized records of customer information in various company IT systems.• Provide support and training to new TraceParts project managersTraceParts is one of the world’s leading providers of 3D digital content for Engineering.
