• To provide the Partners within the Region with communication, instruction and support in order to assist their issuance of local insurance policies within the agreed timeframes.
• To assist the Partners in the management and issuance of the local insurance policies through ongoing monitoring of their portfolios.
• To manage IPS on behalf of the Partner companies in the Region for both the underwriting and claims data and achieve the timeframes of the Operating Directives, as instructed by the International Business Network.
• To liase with the Zurich International Program Business Network to enable coordination of information in order to achieve the Operating Directives in an accurate and timely manner.
• To be customer focused by providing the Partners a consistent level of service that matches or exceeds the minimum service standards and to provide efficient, timely, professional and friendly service.
• Accountable for the efficient and prompt communication of terms, renewals and processing of policies in International Program System (IPS) on behalf of our Partners in the Asia Pacific region.

• Creating and issuing of policy documentation to ensure effective communication between Vero and its internal and external clients (brokers & agents).
• Completion of monthly renewal and new business spreadsheets, ensuring the accurate recording of results.
