I currently work within our Forensic Services Programme, based in the Scottish Crime Campus. Responsibilities include defining business requirements, conducting data gathering and analysis, process mapping for current and future state processes and in depth gap analysis. As part of a small and dedicated team, I manage a diverse workload to ensure project work is delivered to required standards and timescales. As a government agency, we strive to identify opportunities for improvement and implement better working practices and procedures for all.
