I have been responsible for leading several teams within Yacht engineering. I had the opportunity to be responsible for market teams with smaller accounts, for teams with mainly strategic clients as well as a combination of both. In my current role as Commercial Manager I am leading a team focusing on high tech and automotive industry in the south of the Netherlands. I am HR responsible for +- 100 engineering professionals and daily managing 7 recruitment and sales consultants.
