My journey as a senior engineer has seen me contributing to various companies, where I have honed my expertise in voice and video communications.In my current role, I lead the KZN technical team, ensuring that we deliver on our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and meet all contractual obligations. My responsibilities include addressing complex technical problems and overseeing installations, particularly focusing on Omni channel products and call centers. My ability to manage these multifaceted tasks is rooted in my deep knowledge and experience in the industry.My core skills lie in voice and video communications, where I excel at integrating cutting-edge technologies to provide seamless solutions. I am driven by a passion for technology and its potential to improve lives, making processes simpler and more efficient for everyone involved.Outside of work, I am an avid music enthusiast and love DJ'ing.
