About Steven Kluender

I am a partner with The Previant Law Firm, S.C. in Milwaukee. I joined the firm in 1986 and have been a personal injury trial lawyer for over 25 years. I am AV rated (i.e. rated preeminent by peer review) and was recently voted one of the top 50 personal injury attorneys in the State of Wisconsin by the Super Lawyers publication. I also serve on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Academy of Trial Lawyers (n/k/a Wisconsin Association for Justice).My practice is limited to representing individuals who have been injured as a result of the conduct of others, including claims involving medical negligence, products liability, premises liability, and motor vehicle negligence. I have tried cases before juries in state and federal courts throughout the State of Wisconsin. I have developed a reputation as a tireless advocate for the rights of injury victims and am a frequent lecturer on the topics of Civil Litigation and Workers Compensation.
