Advisor: Associate Professor Se-Jin Yook• Conducted research on the design of Round-Nozzle Inertial Impactors with horizontal annular inlet using CATIA, GAMBIT, and DPM (Discrete Phase Model) methodology in ANSYS FLUENT. Also conducted experimental study on enhancing the collection efficiency of Inertial Impactors resulting from new inlet design. This new inlet design resulted in the increase of the collection efficiency by over 30% in comparison with typical inlet design.• Conducted research on Heat Transfer and reliability problems on LED devices for traffic lights. Furthermore, researched design of Circular Heat Sink with hollow at the center and Arrangement of Fin for high energy efficiency using CATIA and ANSYS FLUENT.
