CurrentI am a Regional General Manager in Old Mutual . Based in Gauteng looking after JHB and Pretoria . My responsabilities is to grow and manage the Tied Distribution force of Old Mutual . We recruit and develop new academy advisers who never previously operated in financial services industry providing a career for life . We also operate in an worksite environment placing advisers in corporates as part of our customer value proposition providing quality financial education and advice .We also manage a large number of experienced skilled financial advisers with more than 3 years service in the industry . I manage 60 Sales Managers ,8 Area Managers , 900 financial advisers , 60 Sales Support Staff , Marketing Division and a Regional Training Centre .Manage Sales and Distribution 900 Advisers selling in Gauteng Region Responsible for Sales Budget achievement Expense Management Compliance to Fais Risk Management New Business Issues Client Services Support and Processes Financing/ Commission Payments Training and Development of Staff Client Promotions Recruitment and Selection of Sales Staff Managing Sales Managers with teams of advisers Performance Management Marketing Plans
