Primary gas supply representative for Tulsa, OK based electric utility which required the purchasing of long-term, seasonal, monthly and daily gas supply to run load following gas-fired generation units. Negotiated supply contracts with producers and marketing companies, negotiated transportation agreements with gas pipelines, and interfaced with the state regulatory staff on business practices and processes.
