With over 9 years of experience in the furniture industry, I am a passionate and driven leader who strives to create innovative, high-quality, and sustainable products for residential and commercial projects. As the Head of Manufacturing at Dekoruma, I oversee the entire furniture manufacturing plant, from business model, plant design, and key investments, to production output, overhead, and continuous improvement. I align my vision and goals with Dekoruma's mission to provide the best interior design and furniture solutions for customers across Indonesia and beyond, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences from my previous roles and education in Indonesia, Singapore and Italy.In my current role, I initiated the furniture manufacturing plant from scratch, and successfully handled high-volume custom-furniture manufacturing on demand for Dekoruma's clients. I work with different stakeholders, including the CEO, the tech, marketing, and finance teams, the product design and project management teams, and the suppliers and customers, to execute multiple business strategies that support internal productivity growth and business expansion. I am responsible for key investments in technology, machinery, and infrastructure, as well as managing sub-department performance, productivity, and competitiveness. I also leverage my skills in negotiation, communication, and horizon to facilitate collaboration, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
