Formally I was working at Windermere Welcome Home as a Realtor and Consultant in Pleasanton, the broker changed the franchise branding to Prudential so poof I am now with Prudential California Realty. And with a hit of the repeat button we have changed franchise names again. Welcome Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Drysdale Properties.I am located in Pleasanton and San Ramon offices advising clients about Real Estate in San Ramon, Pleasanton, Dublin and Livermore primarily. However I assist clients all over the San Francisco Bay Area (including areas like, Danville, Blackhawk, Alamo, Pittsburg, Walnut Creek, Castro Valley and Fremont). I have also assisted investors acquiring and selling property in Oakland, Hayward, Modesto, Manteca, Tracy, and Mountain House.When the market has shifted to in include significant numbers of Bank Owned properties (REO) and Short Sales I adapted my skills by obtaining knowledge specific to distressed properties so I could remain useful to my clients. Additionally I worked with home owners to prevent foreclosure when possible.Although I am a Realtor I think of myself as a Real Estate Consultant. I am here to facilitate an event that involved large amounts of money, some risk, and at times stress. When all is said and done I have done my job if my clients are happy and moving into their new home or on with their new direction in life. My functions as a loan consultant was to go out and get loans, taking the applications, running credit and packaging the loan for the processor. I served as the primary contact for the borrower, real estate agent, escrow officer, and processor. It was my pleasure to sit down with client and help them determine what loan product was going to provide them with the lifestyle they wanted with the home they dreamed of.I left the lending side of real estate and move in to the consulting side becoming a Realtor because I saw what so call real estate agents were doing to there clients and knew I could do better.

Campbell, Ca

Started as a Loan Coordinator, processing paper, then move to the create the loan cancellation team. Headed the cancellation team, over 2 other associates, team was responsible for canceling loan in system, compliance with HMDA laws, sending correspondence to borrowers, cataloging and storage of files, and auditing for compliance. During the spring of 2004 due to personal changes I was move to be the night manager for the night boarding team and the cancellation team. My responsibilities expanded to include 10 additional personal who primary function was data entry of loan files in to the processing system. As manager I was responsible for insuring HMDA and Reg Z compliance, and managing of staff issues and production goals.

I was part of the Business Eng group for about 1.5 years and then moved to the Back Office Ops Group. I was always at the Pleasanton Campus.
