• Responsible for Insurance division's migration of systems and infrastructure from The Royal Bank of Scotland to Tesco Bank.
• Specified IT infrastructure and design of the data and voice VLANs.
• Specified IT infrastructure, and connectivity requirements for new Disaster Recovery sites.
• Designed infrastructure to support a highly available central database of all Tesco Bank customers that can be accessed by all bank systems.
