I have strong leadership skills and an understanding of the key elements of achieving success.I develop and implement strategic initiatives to ensure financial and business performance of the spa to achieve budget through planned initiatives and to maximize profit through driving revenues and controlling costs.My career spans over a decade in Sales and Marketing, together in partnership with my design and PR teams I develop spa marketing and its related activities. Developing & implementing new spa concepts, including new spa brands, retail, and treatments (both cosmetic and cosmeceuticals) has been my main focus in order to create an upward shift in revenue.Currently I oversee the recruitment, induction, training and development, appraisals and discipline of all spa therapists in conjunction with the HR team.To ensure all of the Health and Safety Policies and Procedures are in compliance with the local authorities. I have the confidence to represent the spa industry professionally and effectively.
