I have 20 years of experience in the construction, remodeling, and maintenance industry. I have skilled knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and painting. I designed and implemented the preventative maintenance program for 46 Arby’s restaurants in Colorado. I got the PM program on track at my current employer. I believe a solid PM program is imperative to the successful operation of a facility.I have always performed my job duties in what I feel are in the best interest of the company.I have taken a keen interest in developing my team. I have given them important skills and knowledge so they are more valuable to themselves, the team and the company.I have gotten the inventory under control so we have what we need when we need it. I stream lined our ordering process by setting up our accounts online with our suppliers.I consolidated our fire alarm system to one company, thus saving us money and headaches. In 2019 when our monitoring contact expires I will consolidate that as well saving more money.Since I started I have worked on removing the smell from the building. I determined a lot of the problem stems from the negative air flow in the building; this has been a problem since the building was built. I played a key role in the replacement of 2 HVAC systems. Adjusting the level of the ptac unites helped; along with installing Pan Purge blocks in the condensate pans to break down contaminants and keep water flowing and control the odor. I believe an air scrubbing system would be the most cost effective way to control the overall odor problem throughout the building.I have built strong relationships with outside vendors and contractors. I always felt I was my job to make their job easier.I was instrumental in getting the termite damage assessed by an engineering firm and treatment.I am responsible for grounds maintenance and landscaping.I have also had sales and customer service training.
