I am fortunate to be able to work with some with these phenomenal men who have experienced significant life change while incarcerated through the wildly successful PEP program. It's a character unlearning/rebuilding and an entrepreneurial crash course. 200+ new businesses have been created, and we are just getting started. Once they are out, many new tests begin in the massive reorientation to life outside bars. I teach classes ranging from "keeping it weird with your marketing" to "creating healthy boundaries" to "cultivating a healthy community."
