Steven LeFors is the CEO of LeFors Energy Services of which SwabPro and CanAmerica Drilling are subsidiaries. Under his leadership, SwabPro has pioneered emission free swabbing in Colorado to allow Oil and Gas operators to efficiently service their wells in an environmentally responsible way. The addition of CanAmerica Drilling to the company has added more horsepower to the goal of being good stewards of our planet. The use geothermal field loops to reduce energy consumption has been proven to be a great partner with solar energy to allow consumers and businesses to reach net zero goals.Prior to SwabPro and CanAmerica, Mr. LeFors has worked over 20 years in the oil and gas industry as Country Manager for Nabors Industries’ directional drilling division, based out of Houston, and as Latin America Regional Manager, based in Brazil, through the acquisition of PathFinder by Smith and eventually Schlumberger. He worked his way up from field operations to the Executive teams of these companies and prides himself on being able to relate with all levels of an organization.He has Masters in Business Administration from Rice University and a Bachelors in Geological Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
