As an associate in the firm's IP and Business litigation practice groups, I advised technology and biotech companies, investors, family offices, closely-held businesses and high net worth individuals in intellectual property and commercial matters. I advised on intellectual property assets, partnership and shareholder issues, corporate governance, regulated industry compliance, unfair competition and some employment matters. I have experience handling all phases of litigation, including jury trials, arbitration and mediation. My clients were primarily focused on operating or investing in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, software, networking, real estate and financial services industries.
