Directed five managers and 300 team members in the fulfillment of corporate goals within logistics functions (Distribution, Transportation/Shipping, Customer Care, Light Manufacturing, and Facilities Management). Managed $14 million dollar inventory, 180,00 sq. ft. automated distribution/manufacturing facility, multimillion-dollar budget, and private truck fleet.

Directed all facets of worldwide distribution function including retail store replenishment, direct-to-consumer fulfillment, transportation, customer support, inventory control, purchasing, and resource planning. Directed a staff that included five direct reports and 300-500 employees. Held full budget responsibility for transportation/shipping, inventory control, customer support, project coordination, storage facility (high-value vault), and fleet.

Served as a Platoon Leader and Supply Officer in an Air Defense Artillery Brigade. Managed a $7 million operating budget and four direct reports (1700 person organization) in various logistics functions. Led successful deployment to Korea, and earned an Honorable Discharge. Airborne qualified.
