Hardware market research and requirements gathering and analyzing for Vermeer's next generation systems. Researching new math models for Vermeer's bore-planning software. Maintaining and upgrading Vermeer's telemetry device configurations. I also continued to work with a multitude of teams to squash bugs and integrate IoT devices into machines.

Tested and integrated cellular IoT hardware onto Vermeer's flagship machinery. I was in a unique position to work with machine control systems, embedded software, embedded hardware, industrial protocols like CAN, and IoT system architecture. It also gave me the opportunity to work with people all across the company to make sure standards were being upheld while new products were being developed.

I developed custom websites for local businesses and worked with them to increase the value of their website to their business. This often included optimizing web content for SEO, improving web site UI/UX and general software and hardware troubleshooting and consulting. During this time I developed a custom CMS built with PHP using the Laravel framework.

PHP, JavaScript and MySQL web development for internal and public sites of CFSPH. My work includes optimizing queries to dramatically improve loading times, implementing Captcha to protect public contact information from bots and implementing a web-based work queue and history system for CFSPH's design team.

I built the brand for SpeakerText's cloud contribution system and managed dozens of contract and remote workers around the world. I put together analysis of productivity and efficacy that identified the top contributors on Amazon Mechanical Turk and, more importantly, the ones that were polluting the system with poor quality work so we could flag them.

Determined optimum setup for the field of vision and area of bimanual operation for the lab's humanoid robot. From that study, I modeled fixtures for the lab's humanoid robot and prototyped a test stand to verify the arm arrangement. Later, I 3D-modeled and printed robot body panels from artist renderings. I also recorded and edited days of video for analysis, presentations, and the website (which I also made).
