I am passionate about meeting the needs of customers with creative, cost-effective solutions.My HUMAN FACTORS background:As Human Factors researcher, I learned from the best names in the field how to plan & execute Human Factors projects / human-subject experiments. Learned how to collect the data, analyze it with statistical tools in SAS. I learned how to communicate results by publishing in professional articles in refereed journals and presented at professional conferences. Most of all, I was blessed to be mentored by such amazingly talented people and collaborate with top-notch peers!
