• Provide system support for the ATIS project.• Perform administrative tasks and infrastructure support for Allegheny offices in multiple locations.• Setup and maintenance of Unix based servers for multiple applications including rails environments, version control software, infrastructure monitoring, bug tracking systems, and firewalls.

Including systems such as Windows Server 2003, Windows 2000 Server, Exchange Server 2003, and Windows 2000 Active Directory domains.• Provide workstation setup and support for multiple locations within the company.• Instruct and train staff on various aspects of computer maintenance and operation.• Inform staff on corporate policies and ensure policy compliance.

• Dean's Office Support Team - Provided desktop support and technical advice to six Deans, their staff, and the Eberly College Business Office.• College-Wide Network Support - Helped to ensure smooth performance & clean integration of more than 2000 computers in 14 buildings with a wide range of operating systems, hardware, and user experience.
