Dr. Steven Madenberg joined RHR International in 2003, and is a partner in the New York office with responsibility for the firm’s United States Eastern Region. In this role, Steven leads RHR’s consulting team and business presence in the markets of Atlanta, Boston, New York, and Philadelphia and consults with senior management to enhance the strength of individuals, teams, and organizations. His wide-ranging experience includes consulting to many Fortune 500 companies, where he assists his clients in building strong leadership teams that are aligned with their core strategy. Prior to joining RHR International, Steven was the executive vice president of RFG, a New York firm specializing in management consulting to the retail sector. He has also headed up the organizational assessment practice for Morehead Associates Inc. Steven received a bachelor of arts from Allegheny College, a master’s degree in psychology from The College of William and Mary, and a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of South Florida, where he instructed in the areas of statistics and organizational behavior and social psychology. He is also a licensed psychologist in the state of New York and a member of the American Psychological Association.
