I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is an aspiring Project Manager after spending 9 years within the military. The experience gained as a communications specialist domestically and abroad, has led to an outstanding level of self discipline, adaptability and has also nurtured a strong team work ethic. I possess excellent communication and organisational skills whilst also displaying initiative and tenacity.Throughout my career, I have demonstrated leadership and man management skills, be it through training new personnel or organising and delivering on deployments abroad and domestically. These skills have often been used in high pressure environments with tight time scales.Moving into Project Management from the military will allow me to use the skills I have already developed whilst also allowing me to develop and work on the new skills that I will gain through Project Management specific courses.
