This group consisted of 4 direct reports and 13 help desk and development staff.Key Accomplishments:• Focused development activities on new development and application enhancements and effected a transition from break/fix baseline support• Conversion of decentralized order processing system to a single centralized order processing system that fully supports the North American region• EDI Development staff focused on engaging multiple business segments in all aspects of EDI processing. This was done in conjunction with customer service to create a more streamlined and automated processing of orders• Under my leadership, all Sarbanes-Oxley audits were completed with minimal remediation requirements
