My life has prepared me to be a diversity leader in Christian education at Valley Christian Schools.I'm passionate about facilitating winsome conversations and bridging differences regarding diverse perspectives on culture, race, gender, society, and biblical interpretations. In my career, I have been a leader for systems-change initiatives that transform education organizations with K-12 school districts, colleges and universities, nonprofits, and businesses in California, U.S., El Salvador, and the Philippines.My work integrates three of my top interests: teaching pedagogy, inspiring transformations in the affective domain, and integrating biblical principles.
