Working within the Aftermarket environment in relation to a wide range of industry sectors, responsible for front end engineering studies (FEED) and delivery of bespoke upgrade projects of installed base covering Hydraulic, Mechanical and Metallurgical advancements, as well as the provision of specialist technical field services in site performance testing and RCA.• Preparation of design layouts including all necessary stress and dynamic calculations• Engineering support for Sales and engineering Services departments;• Risk assessment• Creation of specifications for subcontracted equipment• Assessment of any requirement for specialist or consultant activities and managing their input / contribution• Resolution of manufacturing non-conformance• Preparation of work scopes• Portable DAQ and analysis• Support the learning and development of Apprentice and Junior Engineers

Responsible for production of detail and arrangement drawings, parts lists, purchase requisitions, evaluation of structural frames and factory acceptance testing for projects covering the Design and Manufacture of Umbilical Reelers, Hydraulics Power Units, Chemical Injection Units, Wireline and Slicklines, and Well Intervention Controls
