Leading a team of eight IT project managers, consultants and analysts, as well as IT Legal and Finance teams, we oversaw full lifecycle projects for Legal, HR, Finance, Communication and IW COEs globally. In addition, I led a change management team directing IT digital transformation initiatives enterprise-wide. I partnered with business leaders in strategic and advisory capacity to plan and direct projects and guided solution design, development, deployment and adoption.I led a team focused on becoming strategic business partners to the global business units to drive new solution innovation and provide insight into strategic IT roadmaps. As Project Manager, I launched an enterprise e-signature solution within three months in response to remote work mandate.
