Also proficient in completing investigations and assessments of adhesion-related incidents involving wheel-to-rail and wheel-to-brake block interactions, including low adhesion events and brake block glazing phenomena.

Responsible for signing off modifications and leading the investigation of in service issues impacting reliability and safety.

Responsible for leading the close out of modifications and customer issues on several AVENTRA platform projects, including a modification procedure to convert Dual Voltage units into Single Voltage configuration.

Continuation of the functional architecture role following Alstom’s takeover of Bombardier Transportation.Successfully defined and implemented the drive, brake and bogie control architecture for a critical metro project based in India.Key deliverables included producing a detailed functional design description which was used to fuel internal development and to align the concept with the customer, alongside a test specification detailing how to validate the scope in accordance with customer requirements. Physically present on-board for the first unit homologation which included leading troubleshooting for the brakes and traction control architecture scope (including mechanical, electrical and software issues), performing analysis and defining a roadmap to resolution.
