I firmly believe in its essence - recognizing and nurturing the diverse learning needs and skills of students to bring everyone to a similar proficiency level. I implemented this approach by catering to various learning styles and intelligences, thus promoting an inclusive and dynamic learning environment.Challenging the conventional, my teaching approach encompassed novel methods of interpreting American Politics. Students were guided to apply theoretical frameworks, specifically the pluralist and elite theories, as lenses through which to critically analyze the functions and implications of American political institutions.To further enrich the learning experience, interactive lectures, group work, and multimedia tools were employed, with a particular focus on the crucial role of Supreme Court cases in American Politics. This hands-on and multifaceted approach gave students a comprehensive understanding of key elements like the constitution, the Bill of Rights, and landmark Supreme Court cases. However, the learning extended beyond the mere imparting of knowledge - my primary role was to equip students with the analytical tools needed to form their own well-informed ideas.
