• Serves as Subject Matter Expert in the maritime domain at the Shadow Operations Center-Nellis (ShOC-N)/805 CTS for scenario development and exercise execution team member for all hosted military exercises.• Coordinates with experts from internal/external services and national agencies to perform testing, assessment, and experimentation of newly developed software and establish tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) relevant to Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) and Air Battle Management System (ABMS).• Provides exercise planning support, execution, and lessons learned/TTP development for Red Flag, Combatant Command (COCOM) and USAF Warfare Center exercises.

• Supervised the constructing airspace for the safe movement of multiple types of fixed and rotary winged aircraft from five U.S. Navy large deck amphibious ships.• Developed and managed plans for Humanitarian Assistance/Disaster Relief (HA/DR) and Defense Support to Civil Authorities (DSCA).• Managed the safe operation and integration of 12 MV-22 Ospreys, 4 CH-53E Super Sea Stallions, 3 MH-60S and 5 AV-8B• Planned, implemented, and executed a new comprehensive training program to increase effectiveness of squadron combat readiness.• Demonstrated expertise in theater air planning and airspace control for amphibious air operations and understanding of Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) operations at the Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU) level.

• Effectively managed the aviation operations of five unique aircraft detachments collecting intelligence throughout Europe and Africa supporting National level peacetime initiatives and counter-terrorism operations. Supervised maritime aviation activities for critical operations and missions in various overseas locations, resulting in successful completion of 100% of associated tasks and projects.• Proactively coordinated aviation training activities of six squadrons. Efforts led to revised Bird-Animal Strike Hazard (BASH) prevention plan. Served as active member of Italian/US Joint Flight Safety Review Group standing committee, reviewing and solving aviation safety related problems at the international level. • Expertly administered a flight hour budget in a fiscally constrained environment, overseeing and executing a $50 million annual flight hour allocation for 12 aircraft and 15 aircrews.• Led a 30 person watch floor responsible for monitoring aircraft safety of flight, relaying mission critical tasking, and coordinating crisis response for US Naval Maritime Patrol Aircraft across 2 continents.

Responsible for over 300 personnel performing complex management, administrative and production efforts of organizational level aviation maintenance on 11 aircraft and a $20M budget. Sustained deployed military operations at five geographically separated locations amassing over 4,000 flight hours with zero safety incidents and mission capable rates double digits above Navy goals.

Led 300-man Catapult and Arresting Gear Division, responsible for all aspects of flight deck equipment maintenance, operations and safety. Served as standardization Catapult & Arresting Gear officer, overseeing the training for 9 other "shooters". Qualified as Assistant Air Officer.
