Manage Human Resources function for Youth Consultation Service a mission driven not-for-profit which provides care to individuals through residential behavioral health programs, community-based services, schools and outpatient clinics. Negotiated collective bargaining agreement between Sony Music Studios and IBEW, the union representing the recording engineers. Counseled senior management on labor and employment and ethics issues. Negotiated and drafted transactional agreements and employment agreements for Sony Music’s most senior executives. Managed Sony Music’s employment litigation.
